Every week it is stated: a RR from the same manufacturer will not roll.

So wth does that mean?

Ok, after further review I decided to clean up my last clarification. :-P

A RR from the same product or alike manufacturer will not roll if it is for the exact same amount.
If you use a $2 J&J RR on an offer from J&J that will get you a $3 RR, it should roll.
Problem is it does not always generate a new RR when from the same manufacturer even with differing RR amounts.
And, if it does not roll you get the cashier/manager arguments and the Catalina arguments that you used a RR from the same manufacturer, blah, blah, blah .

So, I am going to leave this as an absolute even though there are exceptions. I’d rather people safe than sorry especially when dealing with money.

As I was looking through my coupon stash, I found a sheet of coupons for the Aveeno Positively AGELESS line. I just want to remind people that these coupons – $10/3 items, $5/2 items, and $2/1 item – were available about 2 months ago and all 3 of them printed onto 1 sheet. They expire 12/31/09. Look for these in your stash if you happened to have printed them.

This is the scenario I came up with for the Aveeno Positively Radiant line and Glade products. The body wash price reflects the 25% discount:

3 Radiant body wash $4.49
1 Travel kit $9.99
1 Glade (2pk) refill $3.99
1 Glade plug-in ranges from $1.29 – $3.49

Use
3 $2 Postively Radiant IP coupons
1 Free Glade plug-in with purchase of Glade refill
1 $1/2 Glade products (Wags Nov. flyer)
1-2 Whatever RR you have to lower your OOP cost

Maximum amount you’d need to pay if you don’t have any RR is around $10.50.
