As I stood in front of the Suave this morning ready to put some in my cart for 49¢ each after my 75¢ double coupon, I had the bright idea to look in the ad for next week and nearly fell over when I saw the B4G200 gas points deal with the suave body wash.
200 gas points = 20¢ off per gallon or $6 off a 30 gallon fill up. We always bring gas cans with us to get all the way up to 30 gallons. The cheapest I have gotten gas for is 5¢ a gallon. That is because if gas is $2.759 and I have 3000 points (equals $3 off per gallon), I use 2800 points on the free tank and lose the extra 200 points. I made the decision to pay a few cents rather than lose even one point.
My plan is to use all my 75¢/1 coupons from Glenda and however may hubby is bringing me home from last week (I “think” 40 total?)
4 x $1.99 = $7.96 – (4) 75¢ manufacturer coupons doubled = $1.96, plus receive 200 points ($6 off per 30 gallons)
The other deal for buying 8 products is not as great.
