Sunday “Must Do” Deals

by admin on August 28, 2010

Hmmm While Rite Aid is again a money making week, I wasn’t certain I wanted to participate as I did not need anything from the list. Then, I took the time to figure out the P&G deal and I must admit I am seriously considering going to Rite Aid in the morning – if for nothing else than to see if the Pantene is more than a limit of one.

If you have Register Rewards to roll, tomorrow is a great deal to do so at Walgreens. Since I am still off the Walgreens RR-merry-go-round, I am passing.

Writing this up, I actually had to look at the best CVS deals list to see if it was worthwhile. I guess that should have been my first clue that is was not worth going to CVS tomorrow.

I am definitely heading to Tops first thing tomorrow. I want to see if I can do more than four doublers per card (separate orders of course). And since Buffalo-area Wegmans were still (mostly) accepting Tops doublers, I may go there too.

Target actually has a few decent deals this week. Nothing I want or need though, so I am passing.

And as always, there are some decent deals at A&P and Pathmark.

So my tomorrow is short and sweet: Tops, possibly Wegmans and Rite Aid. This is good since hubby is OOT getting me papers. ;-)

How about you? What are your Sunday “Must Do” Deals!?

I will definitely get the Butt Paste at Rite Aid and I have a raincheck for more Free Joint Juice so I hope to get those too.

I will hit Wegmans because we are almost out of milk and I need more produce (and have some more Dundee rebates to get it free!)

I will definitely go to Tops this week, but I’m not sure what deals I will do yet. I need to go through my coupons to see what good $1 doubler deals I can find. I’ll be sure to post my deals when I figure it all out :-)

I’ll definitely get the Butt Paste and Bufferin. I’ll also get the Pantene but I’ll only get one unless I hear from you that the limit is greater than 1. I also plan on picking up the free Gain dish liquid since I have two coupons so far and plan to get some more tomorrow. CVS doesn’t look worth going this week and I’ve given up on Walgreens so I won’t be going there. Staples has a great deal on the Hammermill Copy Paper (.50 after Easy Rebate) and we got $2 coupons so that deal should be a money maker; I’ll definitely be going to Staples some time this week.

I just got around to going to Rite-Aid for this week Today!….now I have to stress over working up a scenario for this coming week. 8-(
I am finding that if the item isn’t a FAR item advertised, there is a good chance of finding it on the shelves on Saturday of the sale week. FARs?…..fuggettaboutit!!lol They are gone by Tuesday here.

I really don’t have any must deals. I don’t have a Rite Aid so nothing worth getting for me. I will definitely go to CVS before tuesday.

I am going to CVS to get the ear buds and check the magic coupon machine. Next, will be Walgreens. I really want the Carmex and my 90 year old aunt loves the little macaroni and cheese cups. I have BOGOs for those and another Q. Then, probably do the M&Ms. Finally, to our grocers for some cheap Diet Coke. $2.00 a 12 pack all week. After this, I will be cooking a smorgasbord for the golfers.

Pleeeaase do report back about the pantene at RA. I have several Qs for this- the $2 from the RA coupon booklet (from a previous SCR; NOT the flu booklet), a $2/2 from P%G mailer, and Sunday’s coupons! This will go great the $10 wyb 30 MIR as well.

And how can you say “possibly” Wegmans!?!? My Wegs accepts Tops double dollars so I’ll definitely be headed to Wegs with the Tops coupons. When I first started comparing prices between the 2, I discovered an item that was more expensive at Tops AFTER a dollar doubler than the REGULAR price of the same item at Wegs.
I will go to Tops but am not a big fan overall.

Rite Aid and CVS are in the same shopping plaza so I will do the usual park car in the middle of the lot and divide-and-conquer. I love my hometown :D
