Sunday “Must Do” Deals

by admin on November 14, 2009

Hmmmm I’m trying to figure out how I can be in three places at once tomorrow morning. Since one item is available at two stores for essentially the same price, if I choose poorly I run the risk of not getting enough stuff at either store!

So, I am torn; Tops or Target or Walgreen’s first tomorrow?

I want the Snuggle that is 49¢ at Tops or 2/$1 at Walgreens after the $3 manufacturer coupon – which expires tomorrow! I’d rather not run to a million stores, so Tops is the logical choice. However, I have RR to use at Walgreen’s so decisions, decisions, decisions.

At Target I want the Heinz gravy. At 79¢ a jar, I am not hedging my bets that it will cheaper anywhere else on the 22nd. Even if it were a dime less the following week, I am not willing to take the chance. I also think Target is going to end up OOS, although since I am not doing Thanksgiving dinner a rain check would not be the end of the world.

Hmmmm decisions, decisions.

I need to stop at Rite Aid sometime this week. Since I am not doing the toilet paper deal it does not have to be tomorrow. I want a meter for the diabetes tote. I already did the planters offer, and I already did the L’Oreal. Soooo except for the meter RA is not high on my priority list, especially tomorrow.

I need more Glade like a need a hole in my head, so CVS is not on my “must do” list tomorrow.

Kmart has some very nice monthly deals, but next week’s ad was a waste of paper. Since the decent deals are available for a few more weeks, Kmart is not high on my list of priorities.

If you are near one, Pathmark has some great deals and A&P has fine deals of their own!

So, that is it for me… Target, Tops, Walgreens and maybe Rite Aid. How about you? What are your “must do” deals?

Not knowing what types of gravies are on Target shelves, there is one MQ available. It’s a MQ for $1.00/2 off the sausage gravy. But, the quality is far below the typical truck stop, IMHO.
