And hubby is a good guy.
I have mentioned before that hubby is OOT a lot. He’s a frequent flier on Delta, and with his status comes perks including the ability to do a same day change within three hours of the flight he wishes to change to. He was originally booked on a red eye that included a hefty layover tomorrow morning in Atlanta, so he decided to see what he could get today. He started in Las Vegas and had to transfer in Minneapolis and Detroit in order to get home early this evening.
You know what that means, right?
Lots of different papers for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I don’t have them in my hot little hands yet, but from what he read Detroit had the best inserts of the three cities today. And Las Vegas’ inserts were not worth the 99¢ he paid at the 99¢ only store, never mind $2+. Yikes those were awful! Not even the $5 Schick coupon? Shesh. Pretty soon if you live in the Las Vegas area you are going to HAVE to buy (or trade) online to get anything decent.
Not only do I get newspaper inserts today, but the last two weekends I have received various city inserts due to his travel, and he mailed them home priority! An awful lot that went out in those ROAK on Friday were from recent inserts hubby got while traveling.
Did I ever mention what a supportive couponing spouse I have?

As a resident of the suburbs of Detroit, I’m happy to hear we have the best inserts. I rarely get oot inserts so it’s hard to compare!
We only get p $ g in our papers here in Montana. A few others now and then, not much. I think it’s great your hubby sends them to you! Kudos to him.

I get Detroit inserts about once a month. They are usually pretty decent, but not the best ones I get. I get coupons weekly from Miami and Ft Lauderdale and those are normally the best (for my doubling purposes).
Clarifying: I received five OOT inserts to date this week, and of those Detroit was the second best. Detroit was the best of the three cities hubby brought home yesterday.

My mom did bring me back some from the Tampa area and those were definitely better than here for our doubling rules. I wish I could get those more often!
