I tried this and the pop up box I got didnt have a place for email, single/divorced ect, a check box, or a captcha. Is something wrong with my computer. It didn’t even have an accept box or anything. If I tried to scroll down the whole page scrolled, not the pop up. I pressed enter on my keyboard, bc I couldn’t think of anything else and the pop up just went away. I don’t think it worked…..
Not to worry Amy, some of this was leftover from the “old link” that no longer worked, including that information.
