It is not a done DONE deal until Monday. Apparently Penn traffic accepted the bid (ouch for Price Chopper), and the judge met with all attorneys today. A final decision is expected Monday.
This bid was the recommended bid all along. Just how many stores Tops keeps, and if they expand into NH and VT is the question. Looks like NYS will once again be saturated, and so will PA.
