Three weeks ago I set up a facebook fanpage. Apparently I should have done it a year ago, but what the heck, better late than never!
As of today there are 350 fans. Thank you so much! I really appreciate everyone who take the time to follow me regardless of the form.
For a week now, feedburner has had “issues” delivering the Coupons, Deals and More blog round-up. So, with that in mind, I am going to have to look for a new email list provider (which may take a while, I put hubby on to it) and I am going to try and gently encourage folks to move to a different way to follow me.
There is of course twitter which you either like or dislike and rssfeed which lots of folks use, and of course the facebook fanpage.
In an effort to get folks to move over to facebook, I tell ya what I’m gonna do…
When my facebook fan page hits 500 fans, I am going to run a cash contest just for facebook readers (should I do that on the discussion page?). You will not have to be a my facebook fan at the time, you’ll be able to join in later, but it will only be open to facebook fans. Edited: Renae of Madame Deals said it is against facebook rules to hold it on the facebook fan page itself, so I will have to hold it on Coupons, Deals and More. The upside is I can easily do this for twitter followers too!
If I could figure out how to offer the same thing on twitter and keep track, I would. Ideas?

I have missed the emails, so I just come to the blog about 10x a day. =) I have Facebook for friends, not blogs. lol I’m a fan of many blogs, but that is just so I can enter contests. I much prefer coming to the actual site.
