Hubby purchased a hose reel hideaway last Friday on a Sears 1 Day sale for $23. We saw in the Target ad this week that the same thing was on sale for $21, so he decided to return the one ad Sears (when he picked up at store pick-up), and we’d buy the one at Target.
Hubby broke a cardinal rule of deal hunting (and he should know better, he’s been deal hunting for 15+ years): Do not return a higher priced purchase before you have the lower price purchase in your hands - especially when you need the product!!
Target was completely out of the hideaways, the Sears sale is off, and I have 100′ of hose sitting on my front lawn!
*sigh*
While there, I of course wrote down some TPCs and will have them up on the main Target page later today.
Of note on the price cuts:
