I love apples cooking. I will usually take the cores, bad spots and the skins if I peeled them and toss all into a pot on my stove with water and spices. I put the burner on a very low simmer and make my house smell awesome. I usually do this in the fall and winter. Can't heat the house up right now! But I do have a small electric potpourri pot for use in the summer. I’m already smelling your kitchen! I love apples cooking.
