According to the site, Wellness+ is only available in Buffalo, Harrisburg, Greensboro and San Diego for now. Looks like it will be available everywhere sometime next year.

If you just signed up for a card, you can expect to receive it in the mail in a couple of weeks. Remember, you can also use your phone number in-store if you don’t have your card.
