i’m either burnt out or have a big enough stockpile. i haven’t gone shopping at rite aid in MONTHS! i used to take my 4 year old into rite aid almost every day and do at least one $20 transaction. i think it’s a mixture of both. if i needed the stuff i’m sure i would snap out of my rite aid rut. i guess i just don’t feel the NEED right now…?
The Vicks Nyquil is on clearance 50% off, I think the regular price was $3.99 or $4.99 and using the $1.50 Vicks MFQ this should make for cheap cough medicine and qualify towards the P&G Every Day Saving MIR.
I dont know what to do with any of these things?
I will do the Butt Paste deal, but probably nothing else. I do have a rain check for joint juice since each store only had two so I hope to get more of those free as well. Other than that, I probably won’t bother with anything else. My stockpile on everything else is getting a little out of hand.
I am not seeing the Butt paste video values coupon? Is it a new September one?
Yes Erin. Here is the September adperk list
Ann
Ann I’m wondering if I could do the Pantene 8 times to have $30 for the rebate. Did we ever figure out how to tell if the UP rewards would print more then once? This week I did the bengay 7 times and it printed a $1 UP reward every time.
Nope, we never did figure it out. According to Rite Aid corporate if it says “limit 1″ that means one per card. I am definitely going to give a second one a go and see what happens on Sunday.
Ann
If I did the Listerine deal this week can I do it again next week? (I know I won’t have the ad perk q.) Also… is it just me (a beginner) that I stand around trying to figure out if I am doing this correctly? I try so hard to prepare before I show but then scramble if they are out of something!
It is a new SCR and new +Up reward cycle Betsy so you can do everything again.
Ann
Awesome! Thanks Ann!
I hate that I live in the short ad area. I get so excited about some of the deals only to realize they will not work here!
Doreen, I didn’t realize that Rite Aid had a short ad area. I live in NYC and we get the Walgreens short ads and CVS has super short ads in Manhattan but we always get all the Rite Aid deals. Since we are usually short changed around here, I always assumed that the Rite Aid deals were all national.
I wonder if you have to buy all $50 of PG products in one transaction to get the $15 +Up?
Good question Dawn… will it track by card or not? My guess is that it must be in one order, but I sincerely hope someone proves me wrong!
Ann
Where I live we used to get the short ad. I spoke with the manager, and he allowed me to buy the other items and get the sale price if I had a copy of the long ad. I printed it from on-line and took it into the store. About 6 months ago we started receiving the long ad. The manager said because a new Walmart opened in our area they were going to the long ad to compete. I’m sure it depends on your local manager, but it worked for me.
Last week, I did the Huggies PullUps deal early in the week and got the +Up reward. Later in the week, when we were still low on PullUps at our house, I bought them again at Rite Aid, figuring I would buy them at the sale price and use a coupon. To my surprise, I got another +Up coupon for PullUps!
Has anyone watched a September VV yet? I tried to watch some last night but received a message that my “flash player” had to be 9.0.0 or higher. I downloaded the latest version, ended up uninstalling it, manually installing it… each time I get the small video that reads “installation successful”.
I wanted to ask if anyone else has had problems because I’m hoping Ad-Perk is having an issue and not my lil old laptop
I watched a lot of Video Values last night without a problem.
So, I wasn’t planning to buy much at Rite Aid this week until I really looked at the whole ad. I went today and here is what I got:
4 Pepsi Max 20oz – $1.09 each
2 Doritos singles – .89 each
1 Nivea Men body wash – $3
1 Nivea lip care – $2.69
1 EPT Pregnancy Test 2pk – $10.99
2 Boudreaux Butt Paste $3.99 each
Total before coupons – $30.80
Used the following coupons:
$5/$25 Rite Aid coupon
$5/1 EPT coupon
2 Pepsi BOGO coupons from FB
2 Pepsi BOGO Rite Aid VV coupons (one from my acct and one from my Moms)
2 Buy Pepsi, Get Doritos Free tearpad cpns
2 Boudreauxs Butt Paste $2 mfg coupons
2 Boudreauxs Butt Paste $3 Rite Aid VV coupons (one from my acct & one from my Moms)
1 Nivea Men $1 coupon
Total after OOP: $3.76 with tax
Plus I got $5 in UPs and I will submit for the $1.99 Nivea lip care SCR making it a $3.23 moneymaker after coupons, UPs, and SCRs.
I may also submit for the EPT keepsake rebate if I can figure out what exactly it is?
Ann,
If I purchase SCR items this week (after 9/1) will they be August 2010 SCR or September ?? I don’t want to request my check today for August if these will fall in August…
Heather the August SCR period ended 8/28/10, and the September program began 8/29/10, so go ahead and request that August check if you have submitted all your CRTs and they have cleared!
