Is this week of the wart?
I wonder when will RA realize they have their sales declining? Or they no longer care?
I have been shopping at Rite Aid for the last month and I have made multiple transactions. I haven’t gotten ONE survey on my receipt either. I asked the cashier and she said, “I don’t think they are doing the 3/$15 because I haven’t seen one print yet.” I was in disbelief.
I don’t know if you have noticed but over the last few years. Rite Aid’s video values started with (3) $1.00 – for anything in the store if you watched it and now it’s just ONE! I love watching those crazy videos but for real just 1 freebie.
I wonder how much longer they’ll do the survey and video values?
Maybe the survey focuses on a specific region at any given time. Two weeks ago, I got a survey on Sunday morning after a big trip. When I went back in the afternoon to buy 3 more papers (I used the $6 +UPR from the morning trip) I got another survey. It was like making $3 just for buying my newspapers! I think that I’ve gotten at least one survey every week for the last month or so.
I did receive a survey last Sunday – a $3/$15 like normal, so they are still out there.

how come i don’t get the survey coupon anymore? any suggestions what i could do to trigger it to come out in my receipt again? thanks
I have not received a survey in three weeks! This Sat/Sun the weather was glorious and I did not set foot in any store at all.
The surveys are usually tied to a store with problems or a remodel coming up.My RA was giving me a survey everytime I came in even if I was in once or twice a day! I actually met the Area Manager on one of my Tuesday trips and asked him about the surveys because I wanted to know if anyone was paying attention to what I had commented on in my survey.(they have the worst carts of any store I have been in!! no child straps )So I would assume that the surveys would be tied in with Quarterly reviews and stuff like that
Having the surveys tied to the store’s performance makes sense. So that store with the most issues get more surveys printed to ask more people the questions.
Still I have noted that the surveys seem to have a limit on how many can be done now. Anyone else experiencing this? I did 2 surveys from a shopping trip the week before, but when I tried to do a 3rd later in the day – the system told be I had reached my limit – and to try again at a later date.
I did my Sunday shopping on Wednesday. I bought both of the wart deals minus $2 coupon, Crest minus .75 coupon, 3 Softsoap minus (3) $1 coupons from Wags, 4 cough drop pocket packs @ .25 each, 2 Dreyers ice cream b1g1 minus $1/2 coupon. There were no razors but got a rc… spent $29.50 & will get back almost $25 on rebate! I also got 2 surveys! 1 @ rx counter & 1 @ regular checkout! I rolled my Softsoap +ups but will still make $1.50 after the rebate! Good trip in all! I’ll go back later in the week for my other rx & maybe another survey!
