Why are all your store match ups only on a 2 inch column and missing words on the right side?

It poured today for which hubby was grateful – he didn’t have to get the car washed. It has only been sunny one day so far, but I have high hopes!

ACK! Didi let me in on this:

For your convenience Effective February 5, 2012 Your +Up rewards will be loaded directly to your wellness card. The +Ups will be available for use 6am the next day after issuance. For details and how to manage go to load2cardnow.com

Is that only for people who tied their card to load2cardnow? Or for everyone? Test markets only?

OMG, I hope not… I don’t any “money” linked to my club card… it’s the principal of the thing IMHO.

That’s nuts! I guess the goal is to confuse the customer. The whole system is crazy enough for the average person. I like the feeling of having Up’s in my hand like cash! If they don’t like couponers getting good deals maybe they should hire someone with a brain to do things correct in the first place. I know it is our advantage that they screw up. I really wonder some times how much these folks get paid.

I do agree, Wendy. There is no way the average consumer can go into Rite Aid and not walk out completely confused. Every layer ads to the confusion. It is sad really because if you asked me two years ago I would have said Rite Aid is the easiest and best of the drug stores. Now? Not-so-much.

my cashier the other day who obviously hates couponers said rudely the other day (seeming to be “helpful”) “you know that you can load all of your coupons to your wellness card?” and handed me a brochure about it. what about people who want to use their +UP right away? Soooo annoying!

Ann:
If RA loaded +up reward to your wellness card, how do you know you getting the correct amount of up. Even now, we can check right away when we getting +up on the receipt, we still not getting the correct amount of up. That happen to me few time in the past.
I have to asked manager then he gave me the gift card.
Yesterday, I purchased (2) stayfree and (2) hershey’s pot of gold. Suppose to got credit toward winter rewards, but I didn’t see any point show on my receipt. What RA thinkning about? I would rather they go back to single check rebates. Lately it getting worst and worst for single check rebates. Everybody agree with me.

Supposedly there is a way to opt-out of load2card at the cash register. Tell your cashier you want to opt-out before the order starts!

I really, really hope Rite Aid does not do this. I won’t be shopping early Sunday morning but will definitely get online to see if this happening to people.

I shopped on Wed 2/1. My winter rewards did not track at all on any of 5
qualifying items. When I called RA on Fri all I got was sympathy but no action. I was told to keep my receipt if they did not track at a later time.

I shopped on Wed 2/1 also. I purchase some qualifying items but didn’t show on my receipt too. I didn’t call RA because I’ m not sure when is it start. But I shopped on 2/2 again, it show on the receipt, but one from 2/1 not add up.

Me too, same problem, but I’m wondering if that’s related to another issue about which I’ll call CS Mon. am. My card was part of the original Buffalo test market and ends in BBB (example only), but my online account says my card ends in RRR (example only). I called about this long ago, and it was explained ok. My purchases on 2/1 referenced BBB as usual, but no Buy and Save points. I noticed that my 2/4 receipts now reference RRR and are tracking fine, but no catch up for the 2/1 purchases. Was your card part of an original test market? If your card number was switched, coul d that be our problem?

I’m in Southern CA.
RA going crazy. They testing to much, try to confuse us.
If +up load to card, it hard for us to keep track when it’s expire and the amount we have left. We still have to get note ourselve .
If we miss it, we lose it.
Nowaday, we can check on receipts right away, that case we notice the error but when load 2 cards, we have to check it on line or what. Then we have to call corporate to fix the problem. They will have to hire more customer service to handle this matter. I hate to call corporate, because long long long wait ……:(

Our local RA managers have said that this card loading option is just that. An option. I’ve told my store mgrs that I absolutely DO NOT want anything loaded onto my cards (too easy to forget to use if they’re not in hand…which may be their motivation).

Test markets for now… as we all suspected rite aid facebook page

As we continue to enhance our wellness+ program in ways to deliver even more value and convenience that you’ve been asking for, we’ll be testing an exciting new Load2Card feature in three markets: Richmond, Salt Lake City and Seattle beginning today. In this test, we’re making a few changes: 1) +UP Rewards will be automatically loaded to members’ wellness + cards so you no longer have to worry about keeping track of your paper receipts and 2) a +UP can be used starting at 6 a.m. on the day after it was earned and will remain valid for 14 days. Nothing has changed outside these test markets – the +UP’s generated on your register receipt can still be used on same-day next purchases.

well i hate this new “improvement” too, but I have to say that RA has done at least one good thing this time… They decided to use a test market… After the many horrible ideas they have implemented I am impressed and think that the person who said “maybe we should test it first” should win a BIG promotion…
