So the $5 and $3 store coupons will can be counted before the adjusted sale prices? (like the razors) Does that always work, because I have never known that.

Have all your purchases rung up. Hand then the XX/XX coupon first. Then hand over the rest of your manufacturer coupons.
The RA coupon will actually scan off anywhere in the order, and the registers really do not make you meet the minimum purchase requirement either. The cashier most likely will though.
If you have an issue with them taking the XX/XX coupon first, call corporate. If you get “Cory”, hang up and call back until you get someone else (j/k although “Cory” isn’t always consistent with his answers).
