Question: Manager would not accept my internet coupons. Should I try another store or call corporate? What is Rite Aid policy? And,is there a new policy that total has to be above $25 before coupons? Thanks

The $25 after coupons is going to vary by store. Some stores require you to have $25 after coupons, some don’t care. I have not heard that corporate has a policy regarding that.

As far as internet coupons, Rite Aid’s corporate policy is to allow one internet coupon per order (excluding RA printables) as long as the IP is valued at $5 of less.

I would absolutely call corporate on this store. Ask them to please set the manager straight regarding the new internet printable policy.

I will say that is my closest RA required my purchase to be $25 after coupons in order to use the 5/25 I would find another store. I doubt you are going to win that one.

Received reply from local district manager that all store employees are informed that they do accept IP’s up to $5. No mention that only one IP could be used. Received apology for my troubles with the store.
Plan to head over to a store because there really are some good rebate deals there this month. Thanks for your help and encouragement!
