Is the 4/10 Nature Made vitamins UP+ for all products, or just select varieties? I saw an ad scan that looked like it was for Fish Oil, CoQ10, and Vitamin D. I just wanted to make sure. If it does include all varieties, I will call my store manager and have him put in an order for me.

You can use it as often as you have a $5 purchase Chris (excludes scripts, tobacco, alcohol, lottery and gift card I believe)

I used 4 $5.00 coupons 5-7-11 and purchased 1 totaling $25 with a $3 off of $15 rite aid coupon survey coupon. I did not receive my $10 ups on my receipt. Should I call corporate? I can not find this monthly deal offered on their site or in store and I been to two different stores.

Apparently it is not working today. I have no idea if the Weekend Warrior was not supposed to be working the last week and really isn’t a two month deal, or if RA just shut it down for this week, or what the story is.
You can try calling CS tomorrow and see what they say. All they can do is say “sorry” or, they might send you $10 worth of +ups.

3 of the RiteAids I’ve gone to had the Crayola Color Me Wonder and Color Explosion at 75% off. I used the Crayola coupons on them and mixed them up with the 3/15 survey coupon when purchasing the Similac or Tylenol Precise and I got a pretty good deal.

I also purchased $25 of tylonol precise patches yesterday May 8th and no UP rewards printed. As well as 6 Biore products, 2 per transaction and only 1 up reward printed on my first receipt. So, I called Customer Service a few moments ago and they are sending the $10 up for my Biore purchases and I got a bit more info on the “Weekend Warriors”. I heard it is running from April 24-June 25 and there are a number of items listed that quaify. He went down the list and named a few, Tylenol PM cap 100ct, Motrin 100ct, ThermaCare patches for back & neck, and the Tylenol Precise Patches were also on the list. He said that it takes up to 48 hrs for items to update in the system and it should print on my next receipt. He said my account did not show any of the Tylenol Precise as of yet and it has been about 24 hrs since my purchase. So, I gather that the promotion IS running, so I would call if your receipt does not print that $10 in the next few days. Also, there is a limit of 2 Weekend Warriors rewards per household he informed me. I hope I am giving out correct info as this is what I was told by CS.

Ann, if you buy two Tylenol patches and three Biotene products, will you get the $5+up and the $10 monthly +up? The asterisks are throwing me off! I’m asking because I only got two of the Tylenol, but will run out for the Biotene deal you detailed if affirmative! Are the monthly deals listed on Rite Aid’s website somewhere? They always seem to confuse me!
Amy the asterisk are for coding purposes and have nothing to do with the deal. They are a software limitation for me.

I am visiting in BG, Kentucky and they have a sign posted at the register with their new policy. This sucks.
These past few weeks have left a bad enough taste in my mouth… Now this. It’s like the ‘Anti – Tuna Sale’ guy is in control down there. What are they thinking!? How funny would it be if I returned my entire stockpile? (I saved receipts)

Thank you for posting a copy of the updated Rite-Aid Policy. I will pass this along to others who I have began to educate on the basics of couponing. It is interesting that as soon as a TV shows couponing in a negative way which isn’t a true depiction now stores are hopping on the band wagon to change policies. I hope soon that all these issues are resolved when stores realize they are going to lose customers to other stores that will continue to honor coupons.

Nope. They are serialized, so one of each per email account, and a one time use. If you want more, you have to make a second account with a different email and rewatch the videos.

I tried to buy the Venus Razors the other day- which were on sale for $8.99 plus a $3 up reward with a coupon but the cashier said that the coupon would not work. Asked why not but he said it must be because it was on sale- this seems wierd. I just left without the item rather then argue.
I am new to couponing- can anyone explain why this may have happened? Did the cashier just not know what they were doing?
The cashier did not know know what he was doing.
Assuming your coupon is for the correct item, next time the cashier says something like that, just reply: “Why don’t you scan it and see?”
If they refuse, ask for the manager.

Hello, I have a question on the Nivea, Will this be a sale where you have to buy all at once, or can you do it in several transactions? I have a deal worked out in my mind but need to make sure before I go and preorder everything.
Can you explain to me how multiple coupons work. If there is a rite aid coupon, plus a riteaid survey coupon, plus 2 -manufactuer $1 off coupons, plus 1- manufacturer B1G1 Free Coupon……….how many can you use if you are buying 2 items that are on sale? I get confused on the part where if you are buying 2 items that are are on sale for B1G1, PLUS you have two of the $1 off, PLUS one of the B1G1 manufacturer coupons……can you use all of them?
Dawn this will help a bit, but remember that Rite Aid has a new coupon policy that no longer allows B1G1 coupons + B1G1 sales. They also no longer allow a manufacturer coupon on the free one of a B1G1 sale.
That means if you have (2) items on sale B1G1 free, the best you can do is a rite aid RC 48 coupon + RC 49 coupon (these are both Rite Aid coupons) + (1) manufacturer coupon (but not a B1G1).

Unfortunately, once the +ups are expired, they are expired. Call CS and ask if they can replace it with another +ups or a gift certificate in light of your extenuating circumstances.

Thanks, Ann. They did end up letting me use the ups (but it did take some finessing, that’s for sure).
Strangely, I ended up getting shorted ups on the SoftSoap deal, so easy come, easy go.
You might also ask at your store if they will still honor them. My favorite CVS will let me use an expired CVS coupon or ECB up to a month from the expiration date… The other one I go to occasionally wont. Guess it depends on the manager.
Oppps….Dont ask how in the world I read CVS when you were talking about UPS… Its gotta be the fever.
I had a $7 up that expired and my store manager honored it. She said it was part of her store customer service. She is great. I hope yours is too!
For the week of 7/17, it looks like if we spend $60 on Coppertone or Neutrogena, or $30 of each, we’ll get a total of $35 in ups back ($10 for each $30 and then $15 for $50 total).
