Stonyfield Farms Reward Program – The Very Latest!

by admin on August 14, 2009

A few months ago I posted about the Stonyfield Farms Reward Program. Since then it has been a bit of a saga with delays on codes, a LOT of people emailing me with questions about the program, contact from the company explaining the situation, etc.

Today, I received another email from Sarah, a Stonyfield Farms Communications Specialist, this one at my initiation. Here is the VERY latest about the program:

Hello Ann,

You’ve got good timing, because as of today (literally as of an hour ago) I have some news you can share on the Reward program.

The codes will start appearing on the lids of Stonyfield Farm 6 oz. cups and 32 oz. tubs.

We’re still working on the multi-packs and smoothies (including YoBaby), but stay tuned! There should be an update soon. We are committed to extending the program until March 31, 2010, so there is plenty of time for collecting codes.

Visit Stonyfieldfarms.com for updates and information on the program.

Best, Sarah

You are great to send this out. Thank you so much for doing this. You are terrific. I still enjoy my Stonyfield but wow– they need pro help with this mess.
Again I will say the product is fabulous.

Hi Barbara,

I’m just glad to see they are finally getting it together. My lids today had B4G1 free coupons (expiring 10/31/09), so I know I’ll be using those soon!

Ann,

So far I have not seen anything a code number. Actually, I just went onto the Stonyfield website & tried to print coupons but it says they do not support macs. Are they kidding? What world are they living in there in Vermont? Why irritate people in this fashion? I will say again their product is still the best ever and the new oikos is terrific. I am in NH and the codes are still not on the lids. It does say COMING SOON on them, however. There is some hope here.
I have now been saying this since August 14th and it is Sept 7th today.
This is like a Saturday Night Live skit. You can not make this scenario up it is so amusing. I will let you know if I ever see a code number. Does yogurt make people slow??

Thanks for the update Barbara. I probably shouldn’t complain then – at least I am getting B4G1 free coupons around here. I have a whoooole bunch to use when (if) those reward codes finally appear.

Yesterday I saw the advertisement for the Going Greener Guide Book

I think I will send Sarah another email. The natives are really getting restless. There is not a day that passes by without my getting a couple of email from people asking to be put on this list.

Stonyfield Farms really dropped the ball on this one.

Guess that I missed it but can’t find the place to sign up for the Stonyfield Farms rewards program.

PROMO CODES:

out of 6 of the same yogurt purchases, only 2 had the promo codes but these other 4 were dated later than the other 2.

Janet, those are single use so I removed them.

I have been buying Stonyfield Yogurt for months and really enjoy the product but I’ve had nothing but problems with the Rewards program and I’m ready to switch to another brand. Code numbers on dark backgrounds, code numbers refused, mis-information from customer service when requesting product questions, problems with trying to download cupons, ect. The Stonyfield yogurt is very good but their Rewards program and customer service are VERY POOR.

Don’t bother signing up. What a rip off I redeemed points in Dec 2010 for Whole Living Magazine and still have not received my reward that was almost 6 months ago, and sent several emails to address the issue and still no contact. Also they changed their cream % in their whole milk yogurt but continue to sell it at the same high price. I switched to Sevev Stars Yogurt better price and bettter product.

Hi Marlene,

I don’t think anyone will disagree with you. This promo was definitely not handled very well at all. While I still like, and use, Stonyfield Farms, I find myself purchasing Brown Cow more and more often.

Logged in twice [to your sige] or more to log in for rewards and it would not allow a click on the rewards site. I am aleady registered in the Rewards [so should not have to do a ‘join now’ click…and have entered 7-8 numbers from yogurts under my rewards…is this program no longer valid? Could not add numbers today at all.
Please use my email for response. Tx

The code promotion is a total joke. They would have been much better off not doing anything, rather than to frustrate so many of the people who really do like their products. I have given up on the code promotion since most of the codes I have tried to enter are rejected. Since I live in a an area of the country that is not known to care about their health, finding other real organic yogurt options are not available. I may just have to go back to making my own yogurt using fresh goat milk and custom probiotic stains. Lastly, their consumer complaint system is so lame, with apparently no human interaction, just a predetermined routing system to send you cookie-cutter type information that really does not help.

Love Stoneyfield yogurts, especially the Greek style. Thrilled to know they are organic and involve family farms. My husbands’ family had an organic farm in Blackwood New Jersey. We know the care & love that goes into this type of enterprise. Continue your concern for the animals, planet and your product. Thank you.
