Last month I wrote a post about Stonyfield Farms Reward Program. This is a new offer being advertised under the lids of Stonyfield Farms yogurt. A few weeks later I received an email to Update: Stonyfield Farms Reward Program.
I blogged how I thought this was mishandled by Stonyfield Farms. I still feel that way.
A few days later received an informative email from a communications specialist at Stonyfields Farms which I added to the comments of my last post:
Hello Ann,
I just wanted to personally reach out to you and let you know that we’re currently working on not only clarifying what’s going on with the Rewards program codes, but also on extending the end date for the offer. With the best of intentions we began communicating the loyalty program on our lids, but unfortunately we hit a few bumps along the road and it affected original timelines. We are currently working on extending the program, but before we’re able to announce the new end date we need to work out some details.

The missing paragraph from the communication concerned an offer to send me, and the two readers who had commented on the post, a goodie bag from Stonyfield Farms. I let Rebecca and Diana make their own choice about contacting Stonyfield Farms and accepting the offer. For myself, I took Stonyfield Farms up on their generosity!
Now, since I don’t do promotions, I’m not a paid blogger, and I really do want to be able to criticize as well as compliment a company at will, I have decided to hold a contest tomorrow to give away the free coupons I received! I’m keeping the cents-off coupons (hey, I like the stuff and I’ll use ‘em) and I am keeping the reusable bag (because I have a collection of like 30 and I need another bag!) but the free coupons will be up for grabs.

I just wanted to thank you for letting us know about the offer. I’ve contacted Stonyfield Farms and am now waiting for my goodies to come in the mail. I’ve also sent them a compliment about their generosity and the way they handle customers’ opinion seriously.

Well, It’s March of 2011 and still no myStonyfieldRewards.com website exists..I’ve searched high and low and the only thing I keep getting is this blog here. I just had a O’Soy yogurt and noticed the “rewards promotion” and a reward code but I have no where to register it…….? =( I love this stuff! What’s going on?
I have been eating Stonyfield yogurt since I saw your farm on Dr. OZ and loving every bite. Feel very healthy and will continue to use only your yogurt! Am grateful for your rewards program!!
I love your products and will continue to purchase them and also for my grandbabies. I wish I could find the site where to register the rewards codes though. I first saw you on Dr. Oz and since that time searched until I found your product in the stores.
