No Form Needed: Ice Cream Rebate Offer

by Ann on May 3, 2010

Hubby was shopping this evening and picked up this rebate form in a grocery store. Notice that the form is not required, and since he is on the west coast, the ice cream is Dreyers. I have NO IDEA if there is an offer out including Edy’s

Send: Original CRT dated between 4/28 – 5/10/10 with $12 worth of Dryers, Häagen-Dazs, Nestle, Eskimo Pie, Frosty Paws or Skinny Cow product prices circled along with the completed form or a 3″x5″ card with your name, address, phone number and option email.

Receive: $4

Mail to:

Ice Cream Rebate Offer
PO Box 470829
El Paso TX 88547-0829

Postmarked by 6/10/10

Note: Here’s the form Link Do NOT use it to submit, this is just so you can clearly see a 3″x5″ card is acceptable.

Our Haggen (Wa/Oregon) ad for last week had buy $12 of the same Dreyers items you listed from 4/28-5/04 and get a $4 off certificate on your next shopping trip. Wonder if you can do both or if it is the same one as you mentioned? Hmmm.

I assume this all has to be on one receipt? Figures… we bought Skinny Cow twice this week but on 2 different receipts from 2 different stores!

I think so Jen. It doesn’t say (s), so my assumption is all on the same CRT.

On the other hand, if you already purchased all you have to lose by submitting is a stamp.

Great find. Thanks!

Are there any restrictions, such as a limit on how many submissions you can make? I presume 1 per household? And does it state if this offer is only good in certain areas of the county or certain shopping centers?

No biggie..I’ll send it in anyway…like you said, all I would lose is a .44 stamp!!!
