Mara sent me an the information on how she got the ever elusive No Yolks MIR. She emailed No Yolks requesting the Mail in Rebate that expires 5/31/10, and they sent her a PDF with the rebate form!
This is not currently on their website, so email No Yolks for the form!

To receive your rebate offer, up to $2.50 for the purchase of No Yolks Noodles you must:
Buy one No Yolks product between 2/21/10 and 5/31/10, mail this original form along with the original UPC from product package and the original store cash register receipt,with your product purchase and price circled.
Must be postmarked by midnight 6/30/10.

I got my form in the email already. Thanks for sharing this!
I know this is kind of late, but just wanted to let people know my response from NoYolks (Which I LOVE, btw!) when I emailed asking for the form:
“…This particular rebate was made available only to a select geographical area of the country. Assuch, the rebate requires the original entry form which was distributed via local Sunday newspaper FSI (coupon) sections. The form is no longer available for distribution…”
I’m in Alabama, so I guess I wasn’t in this geographical area? LOL Darn!
