		<description>I spoke to my school nurse whose husband is a fire fighter. He said in their organization that aren&#039;t allowed to take them as donations, even if they are sealed in the package. There are strict guidelines that his station must follow.

He did say that he would be happy to take them and they would ship them oversees to countries that have a need for them and aren&#039;t required to follow the same guidelines.

Wondering if other places aren&#039;t allowed to take them as well.</description>
