Nearly two years ago I posted picture of my basement stockpile under the very logical title of Coupon Organization.
This morning I went downstairs to check out my Ziploc supply, and decided to take some new pictures to share with you all. If you look at the old link, you will see many familiar items. I have not had to buy cleaning supplies in two years! I am down to my last 4 bottles of Snuggle though, so I will soon be looking for a cheap/free liquid fabric softener deal.
There is some overlap. This is basically a panoramic view split among several pictures.
For those who may be curious the can holder came from Shelf Reliance. It was on sale, I had a $100 off coupon and it still cost over $200! And it was worth every single penny.

If you are wondering what is in the blue bin, it is Nestle morsels, brown sugar and confectionery sugar. I have a true phobia, fear, revulsion – whatever word you prefer – at the thought of bugs in my food. Yet we eat as much organic as possible. Go figure.

Even with this great system, we still have can overflow. It would be a nightmare of disorganization without that organizer.

For all that my other stockpiles can be a disaster, my basement stockpile stays pretty darned neat and organized from year to year.

It looks very organized and neat, Ann. What do you do with ragu sauce? Do you just do it over pasta or something more exciting?
Thanks for sharing!
I give it to Sonny-boy because he is a po’ college student.

I am always jealous of your shelves. I just decided to buy 2 cansolidator pantry plus (2)–right now they have 30% and I found a 5% coupon code (PYP)
Thanks!
Andrea PYP was where I got that $100 code years ago.

You are my hero! I love it!
Wow Ann! I love it! Almost makes me wanna share some pics too lol! I am hoping to get myself one of those shelf reliance shelves but of course from the scratched and dented section lol! Those suckers are pricey but like you said, worth it!
My sister got a Shelf Reliance set SEVERAL years ago and she LOVES it.
Love the pics! I’m jealous of your space
I’ve got a decent space with food and non-food items but it’s dark and well, not very welcoming.
LOL! More amazing every time I see it. But.. I swear you have more money invested in ‘storage shelving’ than I have saved couponing in all my adult life! LOl
What is PYP?
I am thinking about getting one with my tax return.
Thanks wendy
Pinchingyourpennies.com It is a forum that specializes in Utah deals (or at least it did, today was the first time I looked at it … since I got that code!)

First Ann – Kudos on the stockpile! Ton of stuff and well kept! I too am jealous of all that space! Thought I’d mention about your can organizer – would love to have one but absolutely would not pay that price! (Would certainly take one for free – LOL – I’m just THAT cheap) That’s just me though – Any one interested in other alternatives could check out their local craigslist for restaurant or businesses closing, or even in the materials section (building materials) for items such as closet organizers that could be converted to stockpile storage. A little effort and imagination is all you need! just a thought though
I finally have the Harvest from Shelf Reliance and I love it! It has been on my wish list for well over a year and it was gifted to us as a house warming/Christmas gift. I wish the rest of my stockpile looked that good!
Awesome Ann!!!!
Your an “organizer” just like me… you sure you don’t have a tad touch of OCD??? You know I do!!! LOL
Now, those can organizers, is there a place seriously we can find them cheaper, or maybe an equivelant of them of some kind????
Dh would be in his glory. He hates the totes I’m holding them in… even though they are beautifully color coordinated…
Men!!! *sticking tongue out*
No offense Jay!!!
BeeeeYOUteeFUL!!
Its a beautiful thang! I love seeing your stockpile! ♥
Is that can keeper as difficult to use as the ones in the grocery store? They bite my hands all the time.. I hate those things!
I usually stack my alike cans 2 high on a shelf..sometimes I still dont have enough room though.. but that is gonna change soon since I’ve gotten a good bit of “unused stuff” outta my little stockpile pantry.
Thanks for sharing your awesome stuff!
Wow! I’m totally in awe of your organized stockpile and the space you have to keep it all in! I keep telling bf that we need to get out of nyc so we can have a basement (or even a spare closet;-) for all of my grocery stockpile.
Hubby used to store under his bed, on the top of his kitchen cabinets, in bins in his bathroom to name a few places when he lived in Manhattan. He finally rented some storage space down the basement in his building.

Okay, I just have to ask. I tried stockpiling things like the Ragu you show in your pics but they just expire too darn fast. I couldn’t eat it fast enough so most of it went to donation. Is there any secret to keeping things fresher longer, or do you just go through that much in a year (not trying to be too personal)? Oh, what I wouldn’t give for a basement! As it stands now, my stockpiling “headquarters” consists of a guest bedroom and piles and piles of totes! Geeeeezzz…
You can freeze 3 months unused portions of (Ragú Tomato and Rich & Meaty) sauces in a freezer safe container. For Cheese Creations sauces, freezing is not recommended. Found this on ragu.com
I tried some penne pasta with Johnsonville Chicken Sausage.
Sliced 2 green peppers, 1 onion, pint of mushrooms and 5 Chicken Sausage. Salt and Pepper to taste. Brown in olive oil.
I used Whole Grain Panini Noodles. It can be served with alfredo or a tomato sauce.
I love the pictures. Thank you so much for the ideas. I found this post through a search for stockpile pictures.
