The next Double Coupon Event is for select participating Kmart locations from 8/16-8/22. Please continue to contact your local Kmart store for more information on up coming promotions.
Participating stores will double coupons up to $2.00 with a purchase of $25 or more in grocery and drugstore merchandise. Amount of credit from doubling a coupon cannot exceed the current retail price of a single item. No cash or in-store purchase credit will be awarded for any amount exceeding the retail price of the item. Limit 1 coupon for each item purchased. Only 1 coupon will be doubled per item. You may only purchase 4 of the same item using double coupons. Excludes Buy One, Get One offers, Kmart Savings coupons and Kmart Store coupons. Coupons do not apply to sales tax. Limit 10 coupons per customer per day. Offer excludes products prohibited by law, including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, and prescription medication. Not valid on non-merchandise, federal or state regulated items, prior purchases, Lands’ End, Sears merchandise rung on Sears registers within Kmart and kmart.com. In the event of a return, coupon savings may be deducted from the refund. Exclusions apply. Please see store associate for details.

The $25 is before coupons and tax. Doubles up to and including $2. Last time stores were instructed to ignore the limit of 10. No idea what they will do for the next one. To find out if there are any participating store in your area, contact Kmart Corporate.

and when they say up to $2.00 they mean it will double to $4.00?? or $1.00 to be double to $2.00??? sorry im newbie! and so.ca. vons doubles suck so i want to make sure

Maria make sure you contact Kmart to see if your local stores are doubling. Last time they told everyone they were and it ended up being “select” stores.
Also last time the $25 limit needed to be met before even one coupon was deducted, so not really difficult threshold to meet, but a memo from kmart instructed the stores not to enforce the limit. I have NO idea of that will hold true this time.

I sincerely doubt they’ll do something like that again, Maria. They really took a beating at a customer service level and many store managers honored the email regardless. CA usually has a lot of stores participating in the southern part of the state. I am sure you are good to go.
