OK, so the Trio Coupons are good on any item with a $10 or more value, so the bug set is not free, however if you match up some of the $5 off with the $5 coupon and then the $5/20 coupon, you can get some pretty cheap toys! Thanks for the tip, it was fun to go check out and now we have a start on Christmas!!
You are right on the $10+ but will the coupon scan based on the regular price or the sale price? Did you give it a go Amy? Or did the bug ring up at $4.99 instead of regular price – $5 and there was no way?
Ann
I did not try the coupon on the 4.99 set(it appears that 4.99 is the reg price on that one, and they are not taking off $5 like on the other sets), but the others (reg. 14.99)rang up at 9.99 and the coupon went through no problem, so maybe it is based on the regular price, I was half worried she would look and see they were one cent less than $10 and not scan the coupons. But she did not. So you can get three of the $15 sets, they will scan for 9.99 for a total of about $30, then use the KMart $5/20 to bring the total to $25, then use 3 of the Trio $5 coupons and the total for three of these sets is just $9.97. That is a good price to stock up on for Bday and Christmas gifts in my opinion.
Thanks for clarifying Amy! I appreciate it.

Just did the deal tonight….the least expensive item on the shelf was $14.99, the next highest priced was 16.99. I bought one of each, and found out that there was $5 off each one, bringing my total to 21.98. I was able to use the $5 Trio coupon on each item (even though the one was $9.99) as well as the $5 off $20, bringing my grand total to $6.94 (for $31 worth of toys!). Going to print up some more coupons and head back tomorrow. Getting the Christmas shopping done early this year (having 10 nieces and nephews can get expensive during the holidays, but I usually only spend $15-20 per kid for usually $75-100 worth of toys!
Great job Jaime!
