Ronald I never put in a CC#. No way would I put one one in and attach it to a card I could lose either. If you were asked for a CC number, double check to see if it was a real Kmart site.

I have gone to this site, and it asks me for a password. I can’t find any way to register to get a password. I registered in this program at my local K-mart store, but my card wasn’t recognized at the store. They told me to go on-line to register my purchases.

If u ask any cashier at the store u visit, can tell u ASAP. My Q is that I am an kmart employee, we all try to ask each and every customer if they have a rewards card. Sometimes we all forget. Asking if customers if they’d like to donate $ to a charity etc. Well, if we forget to ask about peeps rewards, we tell them they can redeem their rewards on line. But, I need to know how that is done to educate them. Well, I can’t figure out how to do this. Please, someone let me know how it is done. thx
When you make a purchase on a Sears Holding site (Sears.com, Kmart.com, Landsend.com, or Thegreatindoors.com) in the checkout page it will ask you if you would like to redeem your rewards card. Simply type in your member number and your pin number on back. I just redeemed mine on Saturday and it was very easy.

After you register for access on http://www.shopyourwayrewards.com there is an option on the left that say’s “Request Points Credit”. Just enter in your receipt info and wait. If the site is still down there is an 800 number on the back of the card you can call but there was a long wait due to alot of ppl calling since they are having problems with their new site.
I am a shop your rewards customer. My rewards card broke off my keychain. I was told that I would loose my point If I applied for another card. Today I was shopping and bought a Vapor Tibio and was going to use my rewards to buy the treatment. The caisher said Ineeded my card. I gave my phone no. and gave my ID. its hard to get on the website. it tells me that it is unavailable or no longer available. my questions is from one visit to kmart to another, i lost all the bonus points and base points. this was a visit span of about 5 days. why????

I have been trying for about a week now to Unsubsribe to Shop Your Way Rewards. All of my emails have been ignored. I replied to the latest solicitation by suggesting that I may Cancel my Sears Credit Card, and stop shopping at Sears/Kmart. Everyday I get email from Shop Your Way Rewards. I am fed up with it all. So, please straighten out this mess or you shall lose me as a customer.
One other thing. Please keep me informed as to the Progress being made on this situation.

I had the same problem and have bought several things from KMart and Sears and when I check my points online under my name they have a membership # that is not mine and it says I have 0 points. I tried and tried to see if I had any points under my real membership # and finally found the best way to do it from home it to call 1-800-991-8708 and the menu there will give me my points. Finally I was able to find out. It should not be that hard. Also I am told that any clerk can tell you when you are checking out at a store. I usually shop online and not at the store so that option was out for me. I hope this helps you.

You may not be getting your reward points because you have to show your Shop Your Way Rewards Card to the checkout clerk each time you buy something at KMart or Sears and other participating stores. If you purchase things and do not show your card, you will not automatically get your reward points. I hope this helps you.
I made a purchase at KMart in Great Falls, MT today and their computer was down so my rewards card did not work. They told me to get ahold of you and give you the number on my receipt and I would get credit for my points earned. Can you help me with this?
I bought a flat-screen t.v. and wanted to use my rewards points toward the purchase and was told I cannot redeem them on any purchase without a sears credit card. How disappointing. Someone should have told me that when I signed up for this program! I do not wish to have a Sears credit card.
I throw mine in the trash, after owning one since 09 I still have a negative balance, when I first got it it wasnt adding up any points so I quit using it, started using it about two months ago after a yr or so again and it still reads negative balance. Called the no. on the card about this they told me bc they are just now deducting points off my card for returns, one was a toaster which had bonus points well I didnt use my bonus card when I purchased the toaster but when I took it back they deducted the bonus points so Im sure this is what they have been doing all along, deducting off bonus points when I didnt even use the card in the first place!! I was told in the store to go to this website and put in a pin number. I was advised this is the only way I can use my points in the store. I was only able to do this, submit a e-mail. I did see online that my kmart store participates with double coupon days. The store told me that they never know which days it will occur and recommending registering online in the shop my way rewards with my rewards member number. I have gotten no response yet and it has been several days. I did pick up a kmart smart booklet with super coupons in another town to use in the kmart stores. Do these booklets get mailed to the shop my way rewards members or are we to pick up the booklets in the participating stores?

How can I redeam my points now before the end of the year?
here’s the sad part, you have to purchase somethings, whatever you you need or want. Have the cashier scan your card, tell the cashier that you wnat to use your points NOW TOWARD THAT PURCHASE. DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER, AS YOU HAVE EARNED THEM. It should be that easy. That’s what I did right before Christmas.

I just spent 40 minutes ON HOLD,,,,,, calling the 800 # on the back of my rewards card! To use your points, you tell the cashier when they scan your card that you want to use your points for the purchase you are buying right then. My issue is that I was sent an e mail stating that I only had to spend just under 30.00 just before Christmas to qualify for a 25.00 credit on my rewards card. Well I managed it. AND GUESS WHAT? It TAKES 30 DAYS TO GET IT ON YOUR CARD, AS PER “SEARS” JUST INCASE SOMETHING YOU PURCHASED GETS RETURNED IN WHICH CASE YOU DON’T QUALIFY! WHAT A CROCK!!!!

We have two account numbers and only one card. Our points are on the account for which we do not have a card, so, consequently, we cannot redeem them. I was told one was probably from Sears (we have a Sears account) and the other from Kmart. Please help me straighten this out.
Ok, I work at Kmart and I might be able to answer some questions…if you want to know how many points you have simply ask a cashier to price check your card. If you have 2 accounts I do not believe you can add them together. I don’t think you able to deactivate an account either. The rewards card is still somewhat new and not perfect yet. If you wanted to combined an account I would recommend just using all the points you have on one account and then get rid of that card and only use the other. I have lost my reward card and it does not seem like you can get a new one with the same member ID. If you need your pin number and don’t have your card you can easily text the word “pin” to 595959 and you will get a text back with your pin number. You can then go to the shopyourwayrewards website and change your pin number. I just changed mine to the same as my debit card so its easy to remember and I can use my points without the card. Also, if you are confused about how the points work you get 1 percent back of all of your purchases. 10 points equals a penny 100 equals 10 cents 1000 equals a dollar….hope this helps
If you have more than one acct they can’t deactivate it. They merge it into the account that you want to keep active so you don’t lose any points. You really want to call to do this at 1-800-990-5427 so that way whenever you make a purchase you don’t have to worry that you points might be split between the multiple accounts and possibly expire. They don’t issue new cards anymore so make sure you tell them to merge it to the account you have a card for.
Somehow i ended up with two numbers on shopyourwayrewards I bought a refridgerator earlier this year at sears and just ordered replacement parts for my washer and ordered a power adapter for my exercise bike, and no points were on either number. I have a card for one number in my purse. Can i just have one number to use, and cancel the other one? Will i be able to get rewards points for the fridge , replacements parts and power adapter i ordered yesterday?
Call 1-800-990-5427 and have them merge your accounts to the member number on the card in your purse. Make sure you tell them which number you want to keep active so they don’t deactivate the card you have. They don’t issue cards anymore so hang on to it. And have them check to make sure that purchase is on there and you got your points. You might want to have the salescheck number and date handy in case it isn’t. The replacements and stuff is from Sears Parts Direct, you have to call them to have that manually adjusted. I tried to add my member number when I ordered it and it wouldn’t accept it. So you have to call. They answer calls Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm central time.

You can print your card from the website after you log in. Just click on the settings tab below your name and picture on the top left hand corner.

I think your better off calling, it sounds like you might have more than one account. Call 1-800-990-5427 and they will get it straightened out for you and email you your member number.

You can either call their 800 number which is 1-800-990-5427 and I highly recommend calling them at night when the wait time goes down or you can add it online after you register at sywr.com and go to the retrieve missing points tab on the left. It will have an example receipt underlining all the things you need to enter.

The rewards program is completely virtual now so no cards. You do have the option of printing one from the website if you want otherwise just give the cashier your phone number to locate your account. I have tried to post two receipts from last Saturday when the “rewards’ was down and couldn’t be posted. I have tried calling – waited for 45 minutes. Had to go. I tried going on line with no luck either until now. I’d like to post these two receipts to my account. How do I do that?
