Hi Betsy, I have those posted (plus more) on the main cvs page linked at the top of this post.

These posts are just to highlight the “best” (in my opinion) deals of the week. The other deals are listed on the main pages.

And yeah, California has been getting skunked the last few months with “test” ads. First Florida, now California. I wonder what poor state is next?

We might be saying the same thing here and I don’t understand (I do have brain damage from the car wreck). I listed this note here because CA is NOT able to get these deals. Was I clear about that? I am sorry.

Oh, I see!

So we are saying the same thing. Sorry. And I don’t have an accident to blame my lack of comprehension on (you poor dear! I sincerely hope you are kidding. If not *hugs*)

OMG Betsy, that is so horrible!

You MUST get a SSD attorney to help you fight. S/he will know the timeline for your area for rejection/acceptance. In my area it is 3 years, in NYC it is 18 months. It does vary. The attorney will take a big chunk of change, but you will get money. I hope you sued the semi driver and his company, and that your insurance is not dragging its feet. My niece had an accident 2+ years ago where she was rearended by a car doing 55 while she was at a dead stop. That case is still dragging (with an attorney) and it is a $100K payout! Crazy. How are people expected to live when they have to wait forever for a settlement?

I wish you the best.

Ann
