You know all those ad scans you see posted all over?  Well, those are actually copyrighted ads because they are all put together a certain way with pictures, etc.  The prices inside are NOT copyrighted though (can you imagine someone getting the copyright to &quot;99¢&quot; !? Never gonna happen.) 

CVS takes things to an extreme where they try and claim links are copyrighted (ummm never heard that one before! show me the legislation please!).  They also told folks no text either, but the forums that have attorneys know better and allow the text with prices but must remove the scans if they received a DMCA notice.
