Sunday “Must Do” Deals

Guess where I’m going tomorrow? If you guessed Rite Aid you would be “rite”. ha ha ha (I think I’ve been living with hubby too long.) I’m not going to do all the offers, just a few things that we, or someone we know, will use.

After that it is off to… Target. Yes, they have another crappy ad, but they also have Bic pens I can get for a dime after $1/2 coupon, and I have a bazillion coupons left from last summer’s inserts (assuming I can find them), so off to Target I go.

I “think” I have a bunch of the dan-o-nino coupons, so if I want to use them I must go to Tops tomorrow and get them for free. The coupon is only valid until the 18th.

For such an awful ad, Wegmans has several freebies. If I do not to go tomorrow, I must go Monday as I have to write up organic extended sale prices. Might as well get some free stuff while I’m there.

A&P and Pathmark have a bunch of free after coupon items. Be sure to get yours before your coupons expire.

I must admit it, Walgreens has quite a few decent deals this week. However, I am still not going.

And finally, I really should head over to CVS and flip some ECB since I have Häagen-Dazs coupons. The Celsius Green Tea is also a nice flip. I think it will come down to time.

So, tomorrow looks like a busy one for me. Tops, Wegmans, CVS, Rite Aid and Target. All will be “targeted” strikes (egads I really am channeling hubby today), however, so hopefully not too long a morning.

How about you? What are your Sunday “Must Do” Deals?

Sunday Morning Shopping

Since I will not be home until later this afternoon, I am not shopping this morning. I’d reeeeeaaaaallllly like to know how you did today? Did you go out shopping? How’d you do? Did everything go as planned, or did you have to change on the fly!?

Details folks, I need details!

Rite Aid

Sunday “Must Do” Deals

Hmmm slim pickings this week. I did not get an early paper, so I did not write up Tops or Wegmans. Sorry. That will be tomorrow.

As always, Rite Aid is worth the trip. Not a huge money making week, but nevertheless still a money maker.

It is a strange week indeed when Walgreens has been sale items than RR. The next few weeks are weird like that at Walgreen’s.

CVS is actually a whole lot better than I thought it was at first blush. Definitely worth a trip sometime this week.

What is up with Target!? I swear their ads have been awful lately!

Here’s the A&P and Pathmark deals. You may want to stop.

Slow week this week. Basically Rite Aid and CVS, and possibly running in to Walgreens for free pantilines.

How about you? What are your Sunday “Must Do” Deals?

Weekly Shopping Round-up

Yeah, yeah, I’ve been terrible about posting this. I TRY, really, but what you see on Sunday mornings is many times it for the week!

This week I also went to Tops and to Target

At Target, I wrote up TPCs and posted them to the main Target page. I also bought a book because I have a no beer purchase required form that requires a book purchase. What a wonderful form!

At Tops, I had the $3/$35, $7/$75, $10/$100 coupon burning a hole in my pocket… and nothing to buy! So I took Suzanne’s advice and bought meat. A lot of meat. I have a $30 back on meat no beer purchase required form when you buy $50 worth of meat. Strip steaks were on sale too, so no brainer.

My order was:

$53 meat
(12) Brown Cow Yogurt 99¢
(1) Nature’s Pride Bread $2.50
(1) Organic Milk $3.99
$9.63 in produce
= $81 even (no tax)
- $7/$75 Tops coupon
= $74
- $5 Catalina from last week
= $69

The register did not adjust my Tops coupon down, so I was happy. I will get $30 back on that MIR
= $39 total for 13 strip steaks, 12 yogurt, bread, milk and fruits.

Nothing thrilling, but I am not complaining either.

So, how did you do this week? Any great deal? Problems? Surprises?
