Wow! We have almost done a who year of Stock-up sale prices… that means soon I’ll have to cherry pick a few so we can update what the buy price was a year ago versus today. A blog Price Book!
This week’s question:
How much will you pay for canned vegetables ? (your general location helps too)
A few years ago I got quite a few Del Monte veges for under 20¢ a can. Since we don’t use canned vegetables that much, I expect them to last for quite a while longer. So, I await your input on what the current buy-price is for canned vegetables!

This week’s question:
How much will you pay for razors ? (your general location helps too)
While I still have a ton of disposables and replacement blade razors that I got for free, judging by the deals the last few months the manufacturers seem to want us to pay something to shave our legs and/or our faces. The going rate seems to be 99¢ – $1.99 after coupons and rewards.
I am not doing it, and while there will come a day when I will be sorry, my “buy price” is still free.

This week’s question:
How much will you pay for candy bars ? (your general location helps too)
I am extremely interested in your answers to this one – last week I thought 78¢ for three Mars singles that so many bloggers were promoting was quite expensive, but maybe I am mistaken?
We will stock-up for free, maaaaaaaybe 10¢ per bar if there isn’t a stash in the house.

This week’s question:
How much will you pay for ice cream ? (your general location helps too)
This is hubby’s weakness, but he is funny … he’ll stop at DQ for a sundae or some random half price between noon-and-1pm-on-Monday-joint to get a cheap milkshake, but if I ever suggested to him he pay more than 50¢ for ANY novelty in a box (so $2 for a 4pk), he’d get the shakes. Ice cream he seems resigned to paying $3 a half gallon for quality stuff (he loves B1G1 sales) … a cheapie would be $2 a half gallon.
Summertime is fast approaching, and with it should be some good coupons that will hopefully shave a bit off those prices.

This week’s question:
How much will you pay for tuna fish ? (your general location helps too)
If I am buying albacore, I will stock up at $1 per can.
I still have a stockpile of chunk light pouches that I got for free, but I have a feeling those days are over.

This week’s question:
How much will you pay for dishwasher detergent ? (your general location helps too)
Yikes! I recall when electrasol was free every single week (or so it seemed)! I had a stockpile to last for years – and it did! I am now down to my last two boxes, and I know that as soon as my new dishwasher is installed, I will be looking to stock-up again. So what’s the going rate!?

This week’s question:
How much will you pay for bath tissue (toilet paper) ? (your general location helps too)
This is one where free is not always worthwhile. We still have the Marcal – it is tough to even palm off on Sonny-boy’s frat house. They take it when desperate.
Hubby’s toilet paper of choice is Scott’s. He doesn’t have many brand loyalties, but that is one so I go with it. If I can get it for under $1.50 a 4 pack, I am happy. Fortunately the drug stores have enough deals with rewards that I can purchase at that price or less several times a year.

This week’s question:
How much will you pay for tissues (like Kleenex)? (your general location helps too)
Free is good, and for the Scotties hubby likes, it has happened on occasion. Same with the Kleenex I prefer. But, my stock-up price is my stockpile is low is 50¢.
