Osteo Bi-Flex Deal at Rite Aid This Week

by admin on January 11, 2012

Rite Aid Deals

Apple sent along a great deal on Osteo Bi-Flex if you use it:

If anyone taking Osteo Biflex, this week it is B1G1, and counts toward resolution rewards also. It doesn’t show on the list in SCR booklet. But my resolution rewards add up very quick becacuse I bought 6 boxes of this.

$19.99/2
- $7 manufacturer coupon (from the 1/1/12 RP insert)
- $3 adperk coupon
= $9.99/2 bottles

Apple said it did count towards her Resolution Rewards even though it is not on the list.

Thanks Apple!

Sunday Morning Shopping

by admin on January 8, 2012

shopping haul

Hubby and I left the house at a little after 7:30 this morning. I was so excited to shop today (wow, what a different feeling when there is cheap stuff you want on sale!), that I was up and ready to go before 7 o’clock.

Our first stop was Tops since I figured I had zero chance of getting the finish at my local CVS. I went to two stores and did a total of five orders. The Nabisco $3/3 coupon from today scans off any three Nabisco products. That means the small size. If you have a WalMart, you may want to check their stock since the single serve (59-centers) will most likely give overage!!

Tops

Order #1

(9) POM Juice $1
(1) Frosted Toast Crunch $2.50
= $11.50
- (9) $1 POM coupons
- (1) Frosted Toast Crunch 75¢ coupon doubled

Order #2

- (2) Dulce de Leche Cheerios 75¢ coupons doubled
- (2) Multigrain Peanut Butter Cheerios 75¢ coupons doubled

(6) POM $1

Our trip to Walgreens it was just two simple orders:

I will head over to Rite Aid later in the week. I managed to pick up one Vicativ and would like more.

Sunday “Must Do” Deals

by admin on January 7, 2012

what to buy

Since CVS opens an hour before Rite Aid, I will check the Vicativ price (and stock) there first, and be buying at whatever stores is cheaper. But, in light of MC’s info on the finish, I will be trying that at CVS too!

Hubby has a leftover $10 RR, so looks like I will be heading to Walgreens for newspapers tomorrow.

I am definitely heading over to Tops tomorrow. I have a fistful of POM coupons and I am hoping to use them!

Wegmans has a few extended sale price deals that are very nice. I absolutely have to get there this week to make a new extended price match-up list! Not Sunday though. It is a zoo there on Sundays.

A&P and Pathmark have a few good deals if you are in the area.

How about you? What are your Sunday “Must Do” Deals?

Rite Aid Load2Card

by admin on January 2, 2012

Rite Aid Deals

I have to tell you, I have not added my card. I am afraid. Will this mean my +ups are loaded on this card and no longer paper? Does this mean +ups will no longer be interchangeable if I sign up and paper +ups will no longer be accepted to my card? Or is this only for manufacturer coupons? Or Rite Aid coupons?

Here is the press release they sent me last month.

Anyone brave enough to sign up? Anyone use your card after signing up? What happened?

Sunday Morning Shopping

by admin on January 1, 2012

shopping haul

I was solo this morning. Someone decided to sleep in. Not only was my expedition solo, all my stores were empty too! I was the only shopper in CVS , Walgreens and Target. I decided to forgo Rite Aid.

At CVS this morning, I scanned my card at the kiosk for CVS Coupons. My quarterlies popped out, and wow was it HIGH! $1.50. Usually it is 50¢, so I wonder what I spend actual money on this past quarter? I have been paying with gift cards, so maybe I am spending more without any actual cash outlay?

CVS Order

(4) Skinny cow candy 6 pks B1G1 (2/$4.99)
= $9.98
- (2) B1G1 coupons (maximum value $3.48)
= $3.02
- $3.02 gift card payment
= $0.00 and out popped a $1 ECB from my bag tag!

Then it was on to Walgreens. I wanted a few newspaper – our Red Plum was atrocious, but I needed the P&G. I had picked up 10 free papers Friday, and they contained both Smart Source, so I was really only buying for two inserts, one of which wasn’t that great IMO.

Walgreens Order #1

(1) Lichi Super Fruit Probiotic $9.99
(1) Muscletech Smart Protein Bar $1.99
= $11.98
- $11.98 gift card
= $0.00 and received (1) $10 RR and (1) $2 RR

Walgreens Order #2

(1) Muscletech Smart Protein Bar $1.99
= $1.99
- $1.99 gift card
= $0.00 and received (1) $2 RR

Walgreens Order #3

(5) Newspapers $2
= $10
- $10 RR from order #1
= $0

Then it was on to Target where all Christmas was 70% (not 75%) off, except for the bagged candy from Reese’s and Hershey’s. That was marked, and scanned 30% off at my store. YMMV of course. Target is nothing if not inconsistent.

Target Order

(5) Holiday gift bags 45¢
(2) Holiday gift bags 60¢
(1) Holiday Snack Pack (31oz) $3.49
= $6.94
- 5¢ bag credit
= $6.89

Total Merchandise: $40.89
Total OOP: $6.89

and I have $4 in RR and $1 ECB to use at another time.

So, how did your Sunday Morning Shopping go? Were you out bright and early? Sleep in? Find a deal we should all run out for?

Details folks, we want details!

Sunday “Must Do” Deals

by admin on December 31, 2011

what to buy

I will be shopping tomorrow, probably not for what you will be out for, but I will be out. Maybe a lot of party-ers will be sleeping in, and I will have the stores to myself!?

I told hubby that since I wanted newspapers, we could go to Walgreens for the Muscletech Smart Protein Bars, and I would roll for newspapers. Since our local newspaper is $2, this works very well for me.

I will be popping into CVS for some CVS Coupons and not much else.

I am debating on whether or not to do the Resolution Reward at Rite Aid. It may be a morning decision.

There is nothing at Tops that is a Sunday “Must Do” for me this week.

Wegmans has a few extended sale price deals that are very nice. Since it is now the first, I’ll have to head over there this week for new match-ups, just not on Sunday.

A&P and Pathmark have a few good deals if you are in the area.

As an aside, some Target store will go 90% off Christmas between 1/1 – 1/5/12 depending on your store’s schedule.

Looks like drugstores and possibly Target for me tomorrow morning.

How about you? What are your Monday (for this week only) “Must Do” Deals?
